Clinical and Therapeutic Parenting Programs

The East Los Angeles Women’s Center offers Clinical and Therapeutic Parenting Programs to women with children affected by sexual assault, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS and substance abuse, which puts their children at higher risk for abuse and neglect.  Services are provided by master’s level therapists, student interns from University of Southern California (USC), Cal State Long Beach, Cal State Los Angeles and UCLA.  and are supervised by a licensed clinician.

• Individual, group, and family therapy:  clinical services for women and their families
• The Nurturing Program /  Crianza con Cariño:  parenting programs designed to develop nurturing relationships between parents and their children.

Programs are offered in English and Spanish.
